Change the font size in the document before you send it to the printer. You may not be able to control the font size in an attachment directly in the mail window, as the document may not be editable - and won't allow changing the size of the font in the attachment. Click the 'File' button and select 'Print Preview' from the drop down menu. From here, find the 'Scale' and click on the drop-down box next to it. Select a larger scale to increase the font size. Anything larger than 100 percent will increase it. Print; Once an appropriate scale is selected, print the document.
