Handwriting Recognition for iPad. If Microsoft really wants to make their software widely used in every situation, they will add handwriting conversion to text for iOS version (at least iPads) of OneNote. But I would very much like handwriting to text on OneNote for seamless integration with OneNote on my Windows and Mac laptops.

Sometimes it's easier to take notes using Pen mode and handwriting but then down the road to better organize your notes, maybe make them a little easier to read, you might consider converting them to text, and that's something that OneNote does a very good job of. We're going to explore it now using our Doodle Pad notebook. Now, looking at the Converting tab or section, and we're on a page titled, Handwriting to Type Text where we do see our handwriting, stuff that we've written in the previous movie, and now if we wanted to simply convert everything on the page to text, we don't select anything, we simply go to the Draw tab here on the Ribbon and click the Ink to Text button in the Convert section here.
